Moved and grown: our new office and warehouse in Olen wrapped in a pink jacket!
We are thrilled to announce that we have finally moved to our brand-new office and warehouse in Olen. It will be a place where we as a company can grow, innovate and above all work together in a great new location.
An impressive showroom of more than 1,740 m²!
The impressive new premises include a 33,500 m² warehouse with dimensions of 240 m in length and 144 m in width. There is also a mezzanine of 6,300 m² and 4,600 m² of office space, spread over four levels. Additionally, we have operational pallet storage space for approximately 62,000 pallets to ensure smooth logistics operations. But the biggest highlight is the brand new showroom of a whopping 1,740 m². Exactly what we need to showcase our 8,500 products. And all of that wrapped in a Flamingo-pink exterior, making it impossible to miss!
Efficiency and sustainability
In our new building, we have a total of 35 loading and unloading docks and 3 sectional gates that are operational to load and unload all products. Furthermore, we have also created ample parking, with a total of 226 parking spaces for both employees and visitors.
Furthermore, we have equipped the roof of the building with a total of 5,500 solar panels, demonstrating our commitment to a greener future because sustainability is our ambition! We have also installed an ample number of charging stations for employees with plug-in hybrid or electric cars.
Great collaboration
In the building, we installed more than 60,000 metres of cables for sockets, lighting, intrusion protection and access control.
During the construction of the building, more than 250 people worked together to bring this project to life. This was a true collective effort, with the involvement of as many as 45 different companies over a period of 425 days. A remarkable achievement to be proud of!
