A demo link for a test account remains valid for 6 weeks.

When you’re logged in to your overview page, you can see the following details of your office staff member and representative:

  • Name and first name
  • Telephone number(s)
  • Email address

Order

If a product has the status 'No longer available’, this means that the product is no longer in our range. Products that are no longer available remain visible on our website for another 60 days. Ask your representative about comparable products.

Products that are labelled ‘Out of stock’, will always be restocked. We also indicate when we expect a product to become available again. Urgently looking for an alternative? Please feel free to contact your representative.

Through your account, you can import an Excel into your shopping basket with product numbers and quantities, and easily order in large quantities. Not sure how to build your Excel? Then download our example file.

Each product in promotion or on sale gets the label 'Promo' as soon as you are logged in. The new price will appear and the old price will be crossed out.

For each product, you can download certain elements from the product page itself. These include, for example, videos, infomercials, composition information, manuals …

  • Log in to your B2B-account. You don't have an account yet, but you’re already a Flamingo customer? Then you can register here.
  • Go to the product you’d like to order.
  • Scroll down a little. You now see the order block. 
  • Choose the size of the product you’d like and enter the number under ‘Quantity’.
  • Click on 'Add to basket'.
  • Click on the shopping basket icon on the top right of the menu
  • Now click on 'Proceed to checkout'.
  • Fill in the necessary details.
  • Click on 'Send order'. Your order is now definitely forwarded.
Have fun with your order!

Your shopping basket will be saved as long as you haven’t emptied it and as long as you have not placed the order.

Yes, that's no problem at all! However, despite our large stock and high level of service, it’s possible that some products in your shopping basket have gone out of stock in the meantime. This will be shown in the shopping basket as 'Out of stock'. You can still place your order without the products that are out of stock.

You can do so by clicking on the heart icon:
  • Go to the product overview page
  • Go to the product detail page
If you click on the heart icon, a pop-up will open where you can see an overview of all your favourites lists. You can then choose to add the product to one or more lists or to a new list that you can create in the pop-up.
