General

In order to find your article, a search field is provided so that you can do a search by means of an article number or description. Or you can explore our product range via the animal groups and their corresponding categories (clothing, cushions, toys …). Finally you can make use of extensive filters by brand, material, colour, allergens … to help you find what you’re looking for.
We’re glad to hear you’re interested in buying our products! As a private person, you can’t buy your favourite Flamingo-products directly from us. But at our Flamingo points of sale (pet shops, garden centres, shops with pet department …) you will definitely find what you need for your beloved pet.
Are you looking for any product in particular? We have no overview of the current stock of our distributors. You can ask a local pet shop or shop with a pet department whether they have the product available or not. You can easily do that by printing out the product information via our website.
Does your local shop not have your product in stock? Then the shopkeeper can order it from us or suggest an alternative Flamingo-product.

Dealers, all over the world, can order and distribute Flamingo-products, provided that they meet the conditions. We are currently active in 60 countries. Our products are sold by dealers in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Romania, the Czech Republic …

As a private person, you can’t buy Flamingo-products directly from us. That’s why we don’t mention prices on our website.
Would you like to become a dealer? You can ask for a log-in here. With this log-in you’ll be able to see the prices.
We’re glad to hear you’re interested in buying our products! Unfortunately, we currently do not sell products directly to private persons. But you can buy our products from our distributors (pet shops, garden centres, shops with pet department …).

All our products are carefully checked prior to being offered for sale. Whilst every effort is made not to make mistakes, occasionally a human error may occur. In a very rare case, a screw might be missing from the box. Maybe you have a screw at home that fits? If not, please contact the shop where you bought the product. If necessary, they will contact us. 
We are delighted to hear you want to share a picture with us! For this kind of occasions we created our own “your animal, our brand” page. Here you can send us images of your pet with our products and see images of other pets who are equally crazy about Flamingo. From time to time your images will also appear on our social media or other channels.

At Flamingo you’ll find many vegetarian dog snacks. Our veggi snacks are made from vegetable ingredients and great to keep your dog's teeth clean.
But we also have gluten-free snacks on the menu for your loyal companion. At Flamingo we offer something for each pet and pet parent.
On our website you can also filter by allergens, making it very easy for you to treat your pet with the snack he or she likes the most.

For some of our products there are spare parts available. For example, a new door for a bench or cat toilet, but also filters for cat toilets or an extension piece for your dog barrier. These can be ordered from a local pet shop or pet shop with pet department.
Not sure if there is a spare part for your product? You can find this information on the product page itself. Here you can see which spare parts exist and you can also write down the article number to make it easier for your local pet shop to order it for you.

NEW CUSTOMER
To become a Flamingo-customer, you can ask for a log-in if you meet the right conditions. Are you interested? Then fill out this form. One of our representatives will contact you soon.
After you’ve requested and received a log-in, you can log into our web shop and place your order yourself. You can also place orders or additional orders by contacting your representative.
The most important condition is that you have a valid VAT-number in the pet sector. The businesses that belong to the pet sector are listed below. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss the other conditions.

After you’ve requested and received a log-in, you can log into our web shop and place your order yourself. You can also place orders or additional orders by contacting your representative.
The conditions that you agreed with your representative when you became a customer, remain valid.
If you need an invoice, please contact your sales representative or an inside sales person. 
Please contact your sales representative or inside sales person before 10 a.m. if you would like to place an additional order. Every day at 10 a.m. all orders are processed and prepared for shipment.

We do everything we can to prepare your order for shipment within 24 hours to any location in the Benelux, France and Germany. For other countries, we usually work with ExWorks and your order is prepared for pick-up.

If there’s a problem with a delivery (e.g. shipping note missing, products missing, damaged protective film ...), please take a photo of it and write it down on the delivery note from the carrier. Inform your representative or inside sales person during a subsequent visit or send an e-mail (with photo).

We’re happy to share product descriptions and specifications with you to help you get inspired. However, we recommend to rewrite our texts before publishing them on your website.
Unique product descriptions could improve the findability of your website or web shop in Google and it will no doubt put your brand in the spotlight.
You can ask your representative for images or anything else you need.

Yes, you’ll need to register as an 'existing customer'. This is a simple process in which you only have to enter your customer number, known e-mail address and, if applicable, your delivery address number. If your details are known to us, your account is automatically approved. You’ll then receive an e-mail with a link to set your password. Once your password is set, you can start shopping to your heart's content!

Your customer number can be found on your invoice.

You only need to add your delivery address number if you have one. If you have a delivery address number, you’ll find it on your invoice.

You can register as an existing customer using the email address known in our ERP system. Don't remember which e-mail address you used to register? No problem. Please contact your office staff member. He/she can check which email address is registered for you in our system or add a new e-mail address.

Each account requires a unique email address. It’s therefore not possible to create multiple accounts with one email address. Therefore, please register with a different email address or contact your office staff member to find a solution.

No, this is not possible. You can only create one unique account per combination of customer number and delivery address number.

You can register via this link. You’ll be directed to a form where you can fill out some details. This only takes a few minutes. A Flamingo representative will then check your application. You’ll be notified when your application has been approved.

Are you a private person? Our distributors will be happy to help you. Ask your local pet shop, garden centre, DIY shop, supermarket … for your favourite Flamingo product.

Products that we no longer supply will remain visible on our website for another 60 days. This way, our B2B-customers and consumers can find information about this product on our website for another 60 days.

For each product, you can download certain elements directly from the product page itself. These include, for example, videos, infomercials, composition information, manuals …
